Summer trekking to Annapurna base camp

A summer trip to the Annapurna base camp is the most demanded and most beautiful trek for which it is worth to visit Nepal! Millions of bright flowers, lush green meadows, lush jungles, thousands of waterfalls, deep rivers, clear streams, fresh air, warm rains, birds singing, forest flavors, huge cumulus clouds, and of course, the snow-white wall of Annapurna in all its splendor! Yes Yes! We advise to see Annapurna in the summer, during the off-season, when it literally shines and sparkles against the background of the blue sky washed in the rain, in the midst of clouds and slopes covered with thick grasses. This is truly an impressive panorama!

We will walk up to Annapurna Base Camp early in the morning and spend the whole day there to enjoy the mountain views and silence. Contemplation, and once again contemplation! And let the whole world wait! We'll spend the night in ABC and start our way back.

In 9-10 hours we will arrive in the village, where we will stay the night.

Day 3. Landrug (1600m) - Chomrong (1950m).The road from Landrug to Chomrong is going down to the river, and then sharply rushes upwards. On the way down we will pass through fig trees and country fields, past the huge waterfall, we will cross the roaring river at the New Bridge. And after we start to slowly to move up. The path begins to loop through the forest and will lead us to the village of Chomrong. Here we will stay in a cozy guesthouse, from it's terrace we will see stunning views of the peaks of Hinchuli, Machapuchari and fluffy clouds floating by.

Day 4. Chomrong (1950m) - Dovan (2630m).The way from Chomrong to Dovan will pass through the thick jungle. First we will go down the steps to cross the river and we will start climbing again towards Bambu village. There will already be many streams, open glades, rivers, a rhododendron forest, overgrown with mosses and orchids. Roaring around waterfalls. Sometimes the steps will pass very close to the waterfalls, and we will walk on the stairs full of water. In Bambu after a little rest again through the forest we will go towards Dovan. Here we will stay in the guest house overlooking a large waterfall.

Day 5. Dovan (2630 m) - Himalaya Lodge (2900 m).The ascent on this day will be very short. We will pass along a narrow path through a forest full of flowering trees and grasses, and we will see many streams, creeks and waterfalls.

Day 6. Himalaya Lodge (2900m) - Deurali (3300m) - the base camp of Machapuchare (3720m).This day will be very rich in impressions and beauty! Here we pass through a huge cave stone, from which you can see an excellent view of the entire gorge of the Madi Khola River - from the height of a bird's flight, you can see the entire valley between the two ridges. Slightly descending, we will cross another brisk mountain river along the bridge, ascending to Deurali and, bypassing it, and will continue the ascent through the blooming gorge. This is one of the most impressive sites on the way! Two huge green walls on the right and left, rugged by huge and small waterfalls; Roaring among the huge boulders river; Meadows, covered with buds of flowers; A huge piece of glacier, which lies a monumental lump aside; Clouds, like ghostly fogs, floating out here and there. Crossing the valley, we will reach the base camp of the Machapuchare.

Day 7. Base camp Machapuchare (3720m) - Annapurna base camp (4130m).Early in the morning we will start walking towards the final and most desired destination of the trek - to the base camp of Annapurna. It will take an hour and a half. In the morning the sky is covered with clouds, but when the sun begins to rise, the veil dissipates and all the beauty of the mountains opens. Against the background of the blue sky, flowering green meadows and huge clouds, the mountains are magnificent :) This can not be described - it is just to be seen once! All day and one night we will spend here. We'll just walk, rest, sit, wrapped in sleeping bags and admire the views. The tops of Annapurna during the day will then hide in a veil of clouds, then suddenly open and shine in the sun. So this day and the starry night will be completely contemplative!

Day 8. Base Camp Annapurna - Himalaya. In the morning we will go down the same path. Surprisingly, passing the same places in the opposite direction, everything looks different :) So again and again in the way we will admire the stunning natural pictures.

Day 9. Himalaya - Bamboo.

Day 10. Bambu - Chomrong.

Day 11. Chramong - Landrug - Pokhara.

Day 12. Pokhara.
